As young holiday goers, we loved the pool area and its heated water. The breakfast with its wide time frame and quick service was perfect for our laid-back mornings. The location near the Expo was ideal for our conference attendance.

The hotel had two great amenities that I enjoyed during my stay. they offered a currency exchange service in the lobby, which made it convenient for me to exchange money without having to leave the hotel. Secondly, the hotel was located within walking distance to various restaurants, a bank, and an expo center, which made it easy for me to explore the city and attend events. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I was not satisfied with. the cleanliness of the rooms was substandard, with signs of neglect and lack of proper cleaning.

My recent stay at a hotel in Guadalajara was truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. They were always there to assist me with any requests or questions I had. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I needed an early check-in after a long and tiring 27-hour trip. Despite arriving early at 10 o'clock in the morning, the hotel was unable to accommodate my request due to ongoing check-outs. However, the staff members were apologetic and worked hard to ensure my comfort during the wait. They provided me with complimentary refreshments and made sure that I had a comfortable place to relax until my room was ready. Even though I couldn't check in right away, the staff's attentiveness and understanding made a positive impact on my overall experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the leaky shower in the bathroom and the temporary closure of the Starbucks, they did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with my stay.

We loved the fact that it was located close to everything, including a mostly outdoor mall that is currently under construction. Transportation was convenient, and the hotel's location on a rooftop mezzanine provided a great view of the city.
