The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable room, great pillows, and a pleasant location. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially considering we had a dog with us, and they even gave us a room on the ground floor for convenience. it was a very pleasant experience at the hotel.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved.

During my recent stay at the conveniently located hotel near the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful amenities and services offered. The spacious room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the plain from the room, which created a serene atmosphere.

Although the dining experience had some minor hiccups, with the food not meeting my expectations and a slight delay in receiving my order, the restaurant staff made up for it by promptly rectifying the situation. The restaurant ambiance could have been better with more comfortable temperatures, as it was a little cool and required a jacket.

The hotel staff at Holiday Inn were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to bring my pet along on my trip. After a long day of driving, the refreshing shower in my room was just what I needed. I recently stayed at this airport hotel for one night before an early morning flight. The hotel's location was perfect for my travel purpose, as it provided easy access from Palenque, where I had been visiting. The staff at the hotel spoke decent English, which was helpful. The rooms were exactly what I expected from a Hilton - big and upscale. I also appreciated the departures/arrivals information in the lobby. Another great feature was the free airport shuttle that ran every 20-30 minutes starting at 4:20am. The bed was lovely, the bathroom wonderful, and the overall experience was a haven after 9 days on a medical mission.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
