The hotel had a beautiful design and aesthetic, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. the location was perfect, in a lively and beautiful neighborhood. the daily turn-down service with fresh water and candies was a nice touch.

The private tour of Teotihuacan was not what was expected. the air conditioning on the second floor created some smell issues.

Additionally, the spacious terraces in the rooms provided a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the noise from the construction across the street was disruptive, starting early in the morning.

The hotel staff members were excellent and the front desk was extremely helpful. The location was fantastic, being centrally located and close to some great spots in the southern part of the city. Additionally, the hotel was next to a small park, adding to the overall attractiveness of the area. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist guests.

The only downside was that the breakfast option took ages to arrive every morning. I would suggest trying one of the excellent coffee shops nearby instead.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful in making restaurant reservations and even helped me find a specific ingredient I needed. The location was perfect, centrally located to all the places I wanted to visit, including my favorite restaurant Lardo. The hotel had a cool and young vibe, and the coffee provided was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were outdated with carpets that looked dirty, glitchy AC controller, and ripped towels. Some staff members couldn't speak English well and there were occasional lapses in service.
