I stayed at Holiday Inn in downtown Guadalajara for 3 nights and it was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The bathroom was clean with instant hot water and good water pressure. They even provided 2 complimentary water bottles. The staff, especially Xavier, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I received excellent service and more than I expected for the daily rate. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in the heart of the Centro Historico downtown. Being on the busiest street in the area, we were able to easily explore all the historic sites and attractions. The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. The room service was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff made sure our room was spotless. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service and the bell staff/porter who were always available to assist us. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel was a great help in planning our sightseeing adventures. The hotel amenities were also excellent, including in-room ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views of the city. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the ice machine, laundry room, and gym. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

We loved the hotel's location in the Centro Historico, as it allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. Within walking distance, we found the impressive Catredral, Plaza de Armes, Palacio Gobierno, the Rotunda de los Hombres Ilustres. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, especially the tidy bathroom with good water pressure and instant hot water. Moreover, the hotel provided us with two complimentary water bottles instead of just one. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The room was the best I have ever stayed in, even compared to more expensive hotels. The fully renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced at around $8. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the option to use the hotel assigned taxis, which were cheaper and had air conditioning.

The only downside was that the internet was not as stable as I would have liked.
