The service is efficient and the coffee is excellent, catering to even the pickiest coffee connoisseur. Another great feature is the free internet, which is a huge plus for travelers like us. And if you need any assistance with tours, the contracted tour desk in the lobby is there to help. this hotel offers great value for your money, making it a fantastic choice for your stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the price was a bit higher compared to other places I stayed in Mexico, but it was worth every penny. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the modern fixtures in the room to the new flat-screen TV. Secondly, the location was unbeatable. Housed in a beautifully refurbished former convent, the hotel exuded charm and history. The proximity to the Zocalo was a bonus, especially during Carneval. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, addressing any issues promptly. They even moved me to a spacious room with two double beds when I requested it. a delightful experience!
