You'll find excellent restaurants nearby, such as an Italian restaurant and a sushi bar. There's a casino and a shopping mall within a short distance. the hotel also hosts a managers party on Thursdays.

Some rooms are located near busy streets and the train station, so it can be a bit noisy at times. the central atrium can also get noisy due to the echoes of the dining area conversations.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near key areas such as San Pedro and Santa Catarina, making it easy to access various business districts and industrial parks. Additionally, the hotel was adjacent to four restaurants, offering a variety of dining options within a minute's walk. This was especially convenient during the holiday period when I wanted to enjoy a nice meal without having to travel far. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very courteous and the food provided was fantastic, surpassing the usual standards of hotel cuisine.

One drawback I experienced was the noise level in the rooms facing the street. the sliding glass doors did not insulate well, allowing traffic noise and the sound of passing trains to disrupt my sleep.
