The hotel was spotless and conveniently located near local attractions. The staff was helpful and polite. Although we experienced noisy neighbors, we still enjoyed overall comfort and satisfaction. would recommend the hotel.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of local markets, restaurants, and the malecon. The presence of security and frequent police patrols in the surrounding area made us feel safe.

Our family had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the secure parking and the delicious breakfast, especially the fluffy scrambled eggs. The view of the surrounding area was breathtaking, and the facilities met all our needs, including a comfortable bed and fresh towels.

We noticed that the sidewalks in the area needed some maintenance and attention to keep them clean and promote healthy habits.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the location was brilliant – right in the middle of everything and close to Disneyland. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service they provided was great. Finally, the basic amenities were fantastic, especially the comfortable bed and excellent facilities – I really felt pampered here. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!

We had an amazing family stay here! The hotel's central location was perfect for us. It's close to different dining options, coffee shops and other shops. The staff were friendly and attentive, from the bell staff to the housekeeping. Our room was tidy and comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool for some downtime.

The rooms were super cozy and had everything I needed. The rain shower felt amazing after a long day of exploring. The Smart TV was a nice touch, perfect for winding down.

I personally found the coffee machine a bit tricky to figure out.

We had a fantastic romantic escape with my partner at this hotel. the key location close to the pier and downtown area made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds with a choice of pillows that gave us a great night's sleep.

The first was the cold night we experienced, and there was no option to switch on the heating in the room. We eventually had to call front desk for an electric heater to warm up the room.
