The hotel had a modern design and the staff were friendly. There was also a great restaurant nearby for delicious steaks. The rooms were comfortable and there was a nice pool, steam room, and gym. Plus, the hotel offered amazing views of Popocatepetl and Iztaczihuatl volcanoes.

The hotel's location next to the busy highway meant that there was a lot of traffic noise that could be heard in the rooms. Additionally, the beds were hard and the pillows were stiff, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
