I had an amazing time at this luxury beachfront hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful preserve with a stunning view. I enjoyed taking long walks on the enormous beach and even had the pleasure of seeing baby turtles hatching and making their way to the Gulf of California. The rooms were excellent, with a comfortable king size bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The whole facility was very clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the resort is ideal, with easy access to the marina, beach, and the charming Old Town of San Jose. The location of this hotel is excellent, situated right on the beach next to a beautiful estuary and bird sanctuary. It is also just a short walk to the town, making it convenient for exploring and shopping. The staff here are truly amazing, always polite, professional, and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

While the hotel is in a quiet area, there is nothing lacking in terms of things to do. There is a 24-hour room service available, as well as a variety of amenities such as a spa & wellness center, swimming pools, and a fitness gym.

The resort was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was beautiful and I felt safe throughout my stay. the entertainment was great with nightly shows, poolside dancers, and various games and activities. the drinks at the bars were good and the rooms were clean with daily maid service. the beach was stunning and I enjoyed the horse rides and ultralight rides offered.

There were some language barrier problems and the gift shop was mediocre. the all-inclusive aspect was limited, as we were only provided with two bottles of water per day per room and had to pay for any extra delivery.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn in Los Cabos. The all-inclusive package saved me money, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was responsive and nice, especially when I needed assistance with the safe in my room. The adult pool was peaceful and Alma at the bar made delicious Dirty Monkey cocktails. The breakfast buffet had tasty omelets and freshly cooked eggs. I enjoyed the walk into the downtown area, especially during the Art Walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable vacation.

I had a great visit at Holiday Inn Resort. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was amazing and always went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had a fantastic stay.

Although some guests reserved pool and beach chairs early in the morning, it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of the trip. The resort also had plenty of umbrellas to provide shade from the strong sun, reminding guests to wear sunscreen.
