loved staying at this colonial building in puebla. great location, close to the centre and cathedral view from dorm balcony. new rooms and friendly receptionist. value for money, exceeded expectations.

Noisy facility, hard to nap.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated right in the city center, it is just a stone's throw away from the great church. it is conveniently located near the north bus station, making it easily accessible for travelers.

The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel was a major drawback.

Located just a few blocks from the main square, making it super convenient for exploring the city. , families with children will love this place as it is family-friendly. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the noise from the street and other guests made it difficult to sleep in.

We stayed at a hostel close to the centre, which made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the tourist spots. The room we had was clean and had its own bathroom. The staff were helpful and gave us a map, pointed out useful places and even ordered us a taxi. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, with toast, cereal, juice, and coffee.

The noise from the courtyard could be bothersome, especially at night and in the early morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with tall ceilings and a big window that let in the morning sunshine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the English-speaking employee who went out of their way to assist us. The included breakfast, though simple, was a nice touch. The hotel's quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and convenient location.

No hot water in the evening.

just had a wonderful stay at this charming hostel in Puebla. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the old building had a lot of character. our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. we also enjoyed having a hot shower and fresh towels in the bathroom. the well-stocked kitchen was always clean and had everything we needed. the wifi was fast, which was great for staying connected. the location was perfect, within a short walk to all the main attractions in Puebla. overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Great double room, quiet and secure, with everything we needed. Only a short 5-minute walk to the town center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of options including bread, jam, cereal, and juice. I recommend this hotel.
