the hotel staff at Herencia By Hosting House were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. They allowed me to check in early and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. the manager, Arturo, was absolutely wonderful - very professional and made me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown, and the room was clean and spacious. I also loved the strong water pressure in the shower. the staff were always quick to bring us extra towels and toiletries when we needed them. a great place to stay and I will definitely be returning.

The light fixture by the TV was a bit tricky, but the amenities in the room were excellent. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the hotel's atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Morelia.

The colonial house that the hotel is located in is a work of art, with beautiful artwork and furnishings. The staff was attentive and quickly fulfilled any requests we had. We had a fantastic stay at Herencia! The rooms were large and comfortable, with excellent beds and top-notch bathrooms. The location was amazing, just a block away from the main square and cathedral. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy, offering to change our room to a quieter one and even opening the restaurant early for us. Highly recommended!

I spent my Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a Mexican City and I must say it was a unique experience. the fact that they offered free cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby was really nice and festive. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the main attractions and shopping, so we didn't have to walk too much to get to where we wanted to go. the hotel offered a complementary city tour which was really nice and informative.

The noise was unbearable. Our room was facing a busy street and the windows did not provide any soundproofing, so we could hear everything which made it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained common areas.
