I recently stayed at Hotel Aires for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were comfortable and perfect for a good night's rest. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the lagoon from the rooftop terrace. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I had a great stay and would highly recommend Hotel Aires.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. the rooms were extremely clean and elegant, with a rustic jungle feel. the staff, especially Antonio at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, just a block away from the beach and within walking distance of the city center and various attractions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the amenities, including the outdoor pool with a jacuzzi section. the price to performance ratio was excellent. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous decor and spotlessly clean hotel. The rooftop terrace provides stunning views. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylish, and each terrace has a rocking chair and hammock. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just one block away from the main attraction and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

To my stay. they charged my credit card before I arrived, making it difficult for me to pay in cash upon arrival.

aires bacalar was a delightful surprise! the room was clean and filled with thoughtful details. the view of the lagoon from the balcony was breathtaking. the friendly staff made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations for exploring bacalar. excellent value for the price.

I absolutely loved the decoration at this hotel. The beautiful courtyard with its private balconies and hammocks made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with easy access to the main square and lagoon just a short walk away.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children of the staff to be more attentive and helpful.

The occasional noise from a nearby bar playing live music. It could be a bit loud from 9 PM until about 1 AM. However, the music was actually pretty good, and with earplugs, it wasn't a problem at all.
