The rooms are fantastic, spacious and modern with comfortable beds and luxurious linen. Everything is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptional, especially Carlos who went above and beyond to assist us with a tour. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with gourmet food that was simply exceptional. Every member of the staff provided top-notch service and made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

Spent Xmas in a hotel by the lagoon. the view of the lagoon was beautiful and peaceful. the hotel had excellent coffee and juice served during breakfast. It's located in a key spot close to attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aldea 19. The view from our room was breathtaking, just steps away from the lagoon. The staff were warm and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was delicious and the convenience store next to the hotel was a bonus. We will definitely be returning. highly recommended.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the lagoon with breathtaking views. It's also close to many nice restaurants, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had very good showers. I also loved that breakfast was included, such a great addition to my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money!
