The hotel had a convenient location, close to the La Loma district in San Luis Potosi. the rooms were nicely decorated and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast, giving guests a good start to their day.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, which resulted in being able to hear conversations from adjacent rooms late into the night. the water pressure in the shower was also disappointing, as it felt more like a trickle and did not drain adequately, leaving the feet immersed in soapy water.

No airport shuttle provided by the hotel, although they have a van. the WiFi was very slow on the 2nd floor where I stayed.
