The location of Antiguo Vapor Categoria Especial was fantastic! I could easily walk to several popular attractions including the Mercado Hidalgo and the Alhondiga. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful park called "Jardin Reforma" where I enjoyed peaceful afternoons watching birds.

I traveled to Guanajuato to experience Mexican culture and work remotely. Antiguo Vapor exceeded my expectations with their optimal workspace setup and helpful staff. The unique architecture, such as the old stone oven and spiral staircase, added to the charm. The breakfast, especially the Juevos Mole, was the best in town. The location was convenient and safe, with parking available. The spacious room had stunning views, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We loved our stay and appreciate the extra time granted on our last day.

This hotel has a great location, it is close to several attractions and is in a safe area. the staff is friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome and are willing to assist you with directions and recommendations. the rooms are clean and spacious, with beautiful views from the balconies. One of the best aspects is the internal parking patio, which is rare in this city.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a great location, close to Diego Rivera's house/museum and the central area. the staff was friendly and eager to please. the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and had outstanding decor and architecture. Taxi service was readily available, making it easy to explore the central area and the rest of central Mexico.

For those who don't like stairs, there was a moderate effort required as the hotel lacked an elevator. Additionally, the bathroom window was just glass, so we had to cover it with a towel for privacy.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is well situated and only a short distance from historical landmarks such as museums, cathedrals, and plaza. We also enjoyed having a complimentary breakfast and fresh fruit. It was also nice to have a bar nearby where we could get a drink and relax after a long day of touring the town.

Our Easter break was ruined by the loud music from the bar next door, and the constant barking of neighborhood dogs. We also heard church bells ringing all night, which made it impossible to get a good night's rest.
