Comfortable new furniture, modern design. Centrally located. Concerns about security. Attentive and courteous staff. Elevator. Very clean. Great location, away from noise but close enough to walk. Nice, clean place to shower and sleep. Small room with private bath. Provided hand sanitizer. Helpful staff, held bag, and allowed to use wifi after checkout. Large shower with lots of hot water. Windows could be opened for fresh air.

My recent stay at a charming hotel near the main square was delightful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the attentive and considerate service from the woman running the hotel. The location was perfect, away from the noise but still within walking distance of the historic center. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Aqui Es Mexico.

The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed some quiet moments. the breakfast was tasty and the staff welcomed us with a smile and gave us all the information about the tours they had. the room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the street, which was perfect for our romantic escape. the hotel was located near a nice park where we could go for a walk and a trendy shopping mall. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

There was a lot of noise during the night, making it hard to sleep and relax. the walls were so thin that we could hear the conversations from the other rooms, and the street noise was worse when we opened the window.
