We were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and spa at Boutique Casareyna. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring Puebla. The beautiful courtyard space downstairs was also a lovely place to relax and soak in the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and made my business trip a breeze. the large rooms were comfortable and had interesting TV options like Netflix and YouTube. the continental breakfast was outstanding, with a fruit plate and warm bread to start the day.

The bed was quite stiff, making it a bit difficult for me to sleep. the lack of stroller-friendly slopes made it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel.

The daily chocolate almonds and the coffee/espresso machine in the room were a nice touch. The spa and swimming pool were fantastic, and the restaurant had a great variety of foods and drinks. A truly unforgettable experience!

I was extremely impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the exceptional service provided by the staff.
