The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel felt like an oasis on a busy street. The breakfast courtyard was beautiful and had plenty of tables. Our room had a private balcony and hammock, and was spacious and well decorated. The hotel had safe on-site parking available.

Located near the center and right on the river, this charming hotel offers a quiet retreat for business travelers. The rooms have high ceilings and some have private terraces with hammocks and dining tables. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff provides outstanding service, bringing plates and utensils for in-room dining. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast on the peaceful patio. The hotel's beautiful courtyard, with mandarin orange trees, is a peaceful oasis. Off-street parking is available for added convenience.

A Cool Retreat on a Scorching Day!

We stayed in a charming hotel with high ceilings and modern amenities, nestled in a peaceful and serene location. the continental breakfast was delightful and served on the beautiful patio, which overlooked a well-maintained garden. the hotel was conveniently situated near a bustling Plaza with lots of activities, dining options, and a museum. the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided us with a good night's rest.

There was no coffee available, and we had to skip our morning caffeine fix as there were no individual coffee makers in our room. Lastly, while the hotel was perfectly comfortable, the lack of a snack bar or restaurant meant that we had to leave the hotel to grab food, which was not ideal.

Entering this old and grand mansion, I felt like a character in a period drama. The luxurious amenities, from the heavy and elegant furniture to the exclusive spa and wellness facilities, were impressive. The attentive and kind staff fulfilled all of my needs, making me feel pampered and important. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging and relaxing. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and sightseeing.

Although the housekeeping was excellent, I did notice one minor issue with the shower being slightly dirty. However, this did not detract too much from my overall experience.
