The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the center of Merida. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in the style of an old Spanish hacienda. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The small pool is a great feature and perfect for kids to enjoy. The included breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and a variety of options.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel had two great features that made our New Year experience better. the rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. there was a small fitness room for sports enthusiasts. the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the noise and pollution of the city center, which was perfect to escape from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the fact that there was a nice pool where we could relax and supervise the kids playing. Plus, the hotel offered delicious local cuisine.

Our experience was not all positive. Despite the good things, we had two main issues.

Service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch. the Full body massage and Steam room left me feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered a perfect setting to relax in the tranquil surroundings. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and exceptional. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent options for dining and drinks.

The only minor issue that I encountered was the breakfast, which could have been better. the continental breakfast lacked variety and the servings were small.
