the property had a beautiful garden with lush green trees and flowers, creating a peaceful oasis. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in and pay upon check-out. the deluxe room/apartment we rented was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. the air conditioning was cold, the WiFi was strong, and the location in Centro was convenient. it felt like a clean and comfortable home away from home.

We stayed at Hotel Caribe for 6 nights and it was perfect for our family getaway. Gustavo helped us book taxis, scooters, and a snorkeling tour, making our trip stress-free. The hotel provided free, cold water refills and the AC in the room was strong and refreshing. The location was ideal, close to the ferry dock, supermarket, and plenty of eateries. The staff was friendly, the pool was well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. it was a great experience.

The Best aspects of my stay were the great location and the friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, providing assistance with laundry and scooter rental. These two factors made our city trip much more enjoyable.

The Worst aspect of our stay was the unreliable internet connection. We had to go outside or go to the reception area in order to access the internet, which was inconvenient.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a spacious, clean room with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was great, close to the main square but away from noisy restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly, kind, and always ready to help.

The internet connection was very poor, and we had to go to the reception or walk in the garden to get any connectivity. , the language barrier was a bit challenging as the staff couldn't speak English fluently, which sometimes led to misunderstandings or less effective communication.

As youngsters, we loved the reliable moto-scooter rentals, taxi service, and snorkeling tour organized by Gustavo. Pool View - I have to say, waking up to the pool view from my room at Hotel Caribe was like waking up in my own personal paradise. It was so relaxing to sip my morning coffee on the patio and take in the serene beauty of the sparkling pool. It truly elevated my vacation experience to a whole new level of tranquility.

Noisy Guests - Unfortunately, during my stay at Hotel Caribe, there were some loud children staying at the hotel. Their constant running and screaming early in the morning made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
