If you want to be in direct touch with nature, then this hotel is perfect for you. It is located right in the center, close to delicious restaurants and a short walk to the city center. The rooms are extremely stylish and much nicer than the photos showed. The staff provides impeccable service, and breakfast offers a choice of fruits, meats, and eggs. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the food at the rooftop restaurant is very good.

The high-tech thermostat can be quite confusing to use.

We spent our Easter break at this modern hotel and had a fantastic time. the breakfast was complimentary and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. the hotel's location was centrally located and within walking distance to many of the city's main attractions. the hotel's beautiful gardens were a great place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city.

That the bed was a bit too soft for our liking, and the bathroom didn't have any towel racks. the thermostat was difficult to use and required some troubleshooting before we were able to figure it out.

As adventure travelers, we loved the beautiful design of the hotel and its location on the edge of the historic center. The elegant rooms and gardens were a treat for the eyes. The comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep and the powerful shower was refreshing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the early check-in and luggage storage. The pool was a nice touch and the terrace provided towels and suncream.

I had a fantastic stay at the recently renovated Cartesiano Hotel in downtown Puebla. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the city's sights on foot. The building itself was beautifully modernized and the spa was top-notch. I especially loved the heated rooftop pool, perfect for a relaxing swim. The hotel's facilities were excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The value for money at Cartesiano Boutique & Wellness Hotel was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated, with a super comfy bed and provided toiletries. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet and safe. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with several casual cafes and shops just a short walk away in the center. We also loved the fact that it had a wellness center, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of our stay. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved. The lack of barriers on the stairs made us feel a bit uneasy, especially since we were traveling with kids.

We loved that toiletries were provided and the staff was extremely attentive. the location is great, within walking distance to everything in the center. the pool was a highlight with its warm temperature, and we appreciated the towels and suncream provided on the terrace.
