The hotel grounds were lovely with beautiful plants and flowers. Our room, Rosa, had a great view of the terrace. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hot breakfast was a bonus. The owner was delightful to talk to.

I recently visited a small hotel in a charming town and had an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they organized everything for us, from transportation to tours. The hotel itself was lovely, with beautiful courtyards and unique artwork. The rooms were spacious and charming, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location, just a few steps away from the main square. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

While my stay at the hotel was fantastic, there were a few minor things that could be improved. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating.

The location was very close to Haymarket station and reasonably close to the city center, making it ideal for single or couple travelers. We appreciated being away from the noisy city center, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, and the staff, especially the breakfast staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated my dietary needs as a celiac without any trouble, making me feel welcome and cared for.

We got excellent value for our money at Casa Encantada. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, just one block from Plaza Vasco, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated.

For the price we paid, our stay at Casa Encantada was truly a steal. The room was absolutely amazing, with a super comfortable bed and even feet warmers to pamper us after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect, just one block away from the central plaza, and the staff treated us like royalty. We felt right at home here!

During our romantic escape, we loved the excellent location of the hotel, close to the main square. The staff were attentive and provided helpful recommendations for things to see and do. the breakfast served at the hotel was plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to our day of exploration. we appreciated the warm hospitality and the convenient amenities offered.

It was small, dark, and lacked sufficient hot water for a comfortable shower. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were worn and scratchy.

The gardens were beautiful and well-kept. Staff was professional and pleasant. Room was excellent with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had delicious options. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Encantada! The warm and peaceful environment made us feel right at home. The beautiful garden and room decorations were great, and we loved sitting outside surrounded by all the beautiful plants and flowers. The hospitality of the owner and staff was truly wonderful - they were super helpful and made us feel welcome. Meeting new friends from all over the world was an added bonus. We also admired Victoria's beautiful art pieces displayed throughout the hotel. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend to others.
