The hotel is located in a nice area of the city, with beautiful gardens and a courtyard perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversations. The rooms are nice, with daily housekeeping service all afternoon and comfortable beds. The location is great, in a cool neighborhood with ample restaurants and close proximity to the Old City.

The food at the hotel was not as delicious as previous stays, although it was fresh and reasonably priced.

Despite the uncomfortable sleeping conditions, the hotel's central location allowed easy access to key sites with Uber. The beautiful courtyard and serene garden outside the rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff's exceptional service and accommodating nature made the stay more enjoyable. the breakfast, described as one of the top hotel breakfasts, was a delightful start to each day.

The lack of screens on the windows led to a sleepless night due to mosquitos and no fresh air.

It is centrally located, making it easy to access many of the main attractions in the area. there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance, providing guests with plenty of dining and shopping options.

The room could benefit from better soundproofing as I was awoken by a noisy party in the neighborhood.

Great location and value; friendly personal attention. the staff are very attentive and efficient. the food is excellent. the hotel is staffed 24 hours a day , and the staff will call trusted cab drivers and put you in touch with reliable tour operators if you don't want to explore on your own. the closest metro stop is just 15 min walk away, with lots of shops and things to see in between.

The WIFI is very unreliable. the connection kept dropping so it was quite frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at a cute inn in a great location. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the friendly staff. The hotel was close to all the attractions, in a location close to everything, and in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to many of the sites you will want to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place is located in a prime location, set up camp here if you are here as tourist. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The room amenities are great, including heating and ironing facilities, free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant included with the venue was a huge plus, and the staff made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the garden area which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Families would definitely enjoy this hotel as well.
