Rooms are always clean and fresh, thanks to Maribel. Breakfasts served by Lupita are excellent. Located 10-minute walk from town, 5-minute walk uphill to family. Balcony overlooks village streets. Staff at front desk are helpful and go above and beyond for guests. Highly recommended, will return.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the town center. It's close enough to enjoy the bustling nightlife, but far away enough to escape the noise and chaos. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and provided us with a detailed map highlighting all the points of interest in Guanajuato. Their attention to detail made our exploration of the city so much easier. The rooms at this hotel were chic and spacious, perfect for two people. We particularly loved the luxurious shower and the nice balcony in the room. It added a touch of elegance to our stay. The breakfast included with our room was a great way to start the day. It's always nice to have a meal before heading out to explore, and this hotel provided a satisfying breakfast to fuel our adventures.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we couldn't find anything to improve.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated hotel in a perfect location. It was close enough to the town center that we could easily catch the night life, but just far enough away to escape the noise. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were immaculate. Our breakfast each morning was delicious and varied, and we were supplied with water bottles. The cleaning service was great and we even had laundry facilities on site. The room had a comfortable bed and a small balcony, adding to our enjoyable stay.

That there was no small safe in the room or at the front desk for our valuables, which would have been appreciated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness and tranquility of the hotel. The recently renovated building with white marble floors gave it a modern and clean feel. Our room, though without a window, was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast included in our stay was excellent. we had a lovely and enjoyable experience at Casa Lunatta.
