Our stay at this luxurious hotel was unforgettable thanks to its exclusive amenities and outstanding service. The Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax, with professional therapists who provided a variety of treatments. The Leisure/TV room was another highlight, and the Public Bath was simply stunning. Our private facilities were also top-notch. Our room had a magnificent view and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was also great, as it allowed us to explore the city with ease.

There was one minor issue that we encountered during our stay. The check-in process was slow, and we had to wait for a while before we could access our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel's café. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

This boutique hotel is in a great location, quite close to the city center. It offers spacious rooms with separate sitting areas, comfortable beds, and sparkling bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel even has its own cafe with top-notch food. The WiFi is strong throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is on top of the hill, providing beautiful views of the surroundings.

The rooms tend to have a slight "old building" smell after being closed up for the day.

My recent stay at Casa Monarca was absolutely worth it! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main historic square. Checking in was a breeze, and the hotel even took care of parking our car in their garage. The room size was impressive, with a separate seating area and a spacious walk-in shower. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large storage cupboard with a safe and even a handheld steamer. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even organizing our day for us. Exploring the area on foot was a treat, as there were plenty of interesting sights in both directions. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Monarca.

Although my stay was amazing, there was one disappointment towards the end. We decided to book a tour through the hotel, which turned out to be expensive and disappointing.
