The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the center of Merida and within walking distance to a wonderful Mayan restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful in providing information about the activities and attractions in the area. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit and a traditional dish. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and a pool, which were well-maintained and a great place to relax.

That the streets around the hotel were quite dark in the evening, making it a bit difficult to walk back at night.

Friendly and helpful staff assisted with bus tickets and even purchased them online when our cards didn't work. Family-run establishment with attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. Stayed in a cozy hotel during xmas. the rooms were nicely decorated and beds very comfortable, which made me feel at home. the family who manages the hotel was extremely kind and helpful - they offered us amazing breakfast and free parking spots for our rental car. the hotel's key location was perfect - it was only a short walk to the city center, where we could enjoy lovely streets and holiday decor.

The distance from the city center, which was a little tricky to navigate at night because the streets were quite dark. However, taking a taxi or renting a car would solve this problem.
