The value for money at Casa Sofia was incredible, with affordable rates for a beautiful, spacious, and clean room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ADO bus and restaurants downtown, and a quick drive to Playa Paraiso. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, even offering me an early check-in when I arrived ahead of schedule. I will definitely be returning to Casa Sofia Tulum on my next trip!

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps with more variety or options.

The size of the room was impressive, with beautiful decorations and comfortable, spacious beds. the hotel's location was perfect, being centrally positioned but away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. the fact that the hotel only had 10 rooms meant that we didn't have to share the pool with many guests, giving us the privacy we desired.

One inconvenience was that the lights from the pool area seeped through the windows at night, making the room a bit too bright for comfortable sleep. Additionally, there were no sunbeds in the pool area, which was disappointing for sun worshippers like us.

We recently stayed at Casa Sofia in Tulum for a week-long vacation with two other couples. The hotel staff, Ana and José Antonio, were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The rooftop terrace was a favorite spot for us to enjoy our own wine and take in the beautiful views. The rooms were clean, functional, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the main street with its variety of restaurants and shops. We can't wait to come back on our next visit to Tulum.

The staff at the hotel was amazing! They were welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even called a doctor when my daughter fell sick and allowed us to stay in the room and lobby area past check-out time. the hotel was clean and convenient, located in a quiet area within walking distance of the main street with shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy our own wine.

The pool was smaller than expected and the noise from the pool area could be heard in the rooms. Additionally, the shower pressure was poor, and there was no storage space for wet towels and swimsuits.

Situé près d'une route tranquille, Le Moulin offre un cadre atypique avec un vieux moulin réaménagé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, avec des lits confortables et des douches modernes. Le petit déjeuner propose des produits de qualité, notamment des confitures faites maison. Le propriétaire Jean-Michel est accueillant et aux petits soins pour ses clients, et son chien Garou est une véritable attraction. De plus, le parking privé est pratique pour les clients.

Certaines chambres ne disposent pas de toilettes, obligé de sortir dans le couloir.

We stayed at Casa Sofia for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the main avenue, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with comfy beds, a fridge, and a TV. The highlight was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming Netflix. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Casa Sofia provided a peaceful and relaxing stay in a colorful and intimate setting.
