I absolutely loved the charming refurbished building and the historic vibe of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The inner courtyards were beautiful and created a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the fact that the windows opened onto the courtyard.

Loved staying in a 16th-century convent-turned-boutique hotel. They even arranged tours within the city. Amenities include a heated pool, gym, and spa. A perfect blend of charm and comfort.

I just adored the tiny, noisy rooms, especially the arrow-slit bathroom window that let in not only light but also the delightful sounds of the pool.

Gem in historic building with various rooms. Good access to restaurant, filtered water, and WIFI. Room changes caused some confusion but staff was friendly. Great nearby walking and cozy seating. No fridge, but loved sustainability and filtered hot and cold water. Would stay here again with right room.

We loved staying at Casantica in the historical district. The hotel grounds are beautiful with artwork throughout and the pool was clean and warm. The location is perfect and safe, right in the middle of all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning in the room was a plus. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the beautifully decorated and architecturally amazing hotel. The rooms, although small, had everything I needed and the staff was attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was a key aspect, as it was close to the main square and offered easy access to all the attractions. I also enjoyed the lovely pool and outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing and unwinding during my stay.

Although the hotel had its charms, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The decor was a little shabby and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some brighter Mexican carpets on the walls.

We had a great two-week stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the city center and in walking distance to most activities. The staff was very helpful and the room service was excellent. They had car hire and housekeeping services available, which made things very convenient for us. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a great indoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The staff, from the front desk to the wait staff to the maids, was friendly and provided exceptional service.

Our stay at Casantica was well worth the money. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the Zócalo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the woman who made coffee for us each morning was an absolute delight.
