our second stay in valladolid was even better, thanks to casona margot! the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our romantic getaway unforgettable. the hotel's tranquil oasis, spacious room, and stunning courtyard views were absolutely mesmerizing. highly recommended!

The staff at Casona Margot are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team, a man and a woman, were particularly friendly and attentive.

We felt extremely safe at Casona Margot and had no complaints whatsoever. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was only an 8-minute walk from the ADO bus station.

The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to my requests. the location was great, with easy access to the main attractions and central streets. the pool was a nice addition, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. the rooms were spacious and the beds were large and comfortable.

The property was in need of some maintenance. There were loose doorknobs and wobbly furniture, which made the place feel a bit run-down.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, and good AC. The location was ideal, close to the center of the lovely town. The staff at Casona Margot were very kind and helpful, despite the language barrier.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was having more food options available.
