I loved the friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable rooms, and the inviting pool. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away from the crowded streets but still within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The property was beautifully maintained, with a stunning pool and a restaurant/bar that was conveniently located in the middle of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with neutral colors that created a soothing atmosphere. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the complimentary toiletries provided were of good quality. In addition to all this, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was included in the room rate, and they even provided bicycles for guests to explore the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was just perfect, being within walking distance to the central area but away from the crowded streets.

The room we booked initially did not meet our expectations, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and upgraded us to a poolside room, which was very nice. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good variety of healthy options. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The pool and restaurant were enjoyable, and the hotel provided free and secure parking.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a great experience! We loved the comfortable beds and the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay special. the included breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola. the hotel's location near town made it easy for us to explore the local area and enjoy nearby attractions. We also appreciated the beautiful pool area and the convenience of secure parking.

Sadly, there were a few downsides. the outdoor patio furniture was dirty and uninviting.

The staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful room and terrace, comfortable restaurant and lounge area, well-maintained outdoor spaces, modern Mayan village design, gorgeous pool and lush vegetation.
