We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, with a smart TV for our entertainment. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace and patio, where we could relax and enjoy the ambiance of this lovely hotel.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the bus terminal and the city center. They provide free mineral water and coffee which is a bonus. The staff were very helpful and organized a taxi for us to visit the nearby Chichen Itza.

I loved the central location of Colonial Zaci By Guruhotel in Valladolid. It was perfect for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions like Zaci cenote. The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the views. The hotel offered solid WiFi, which was convenient for staying connected. Additionally, having a private parking lot across the road was a bonus. The ambience of the hotel was great, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The availability of coffee and water was a nice touch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Valladolid.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to Robin Hood's Bay and the scenic cinder track for cycling or walking to Scarborough or Whitby. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds were also notable. There were some minor inconveniences during the stay. The hot water took some time to heat up, which could be an issue for those in a hurry.

We had a fantastic stay at Colonial Zaci By Guruhotel. The room was mosquito-free, the beds were comfortable, and everything smelled nice. We loved the modern facilities, especially the coffee station and cookies in the morning. The patio and terrace were great for relaxing, and we felt safe with the parking across the street. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and having Netflix in the room was a plus. the atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful and it is definitely the best small hotel in the area.
