We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colorado in Playa del Carmen. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after checkout and even providing us with a clothes iron. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of storage space. the garden area and rooftop terrace were beautiful and offered peaceful places to relax. the location was ideal, being close to the ADO bus station, ferry terminal, and popular tourist areas, yet still quiet. There were also great cafes and restaurants nearby. Jacqueline, the host, was welcoming and provided helpful information. we had a fantastic experience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to the tourist bus station and ferry terminal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags at the reception after checkout due to our late flight. We were also grateful for their offer to lend us a clothes iron. Despite the bustling city, we enjoyed a quiet and cozy stay, as the hotel was tucked away from the noise. The room was clean and spacious, with ample storage for our belongings. We appreciated the beautiful garden area and the rooftop terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The availability of drinking water was a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Playa del Carmen.

The shower rose in the bathroom does not provide a strong spray, requiring guests to spend longer rinsing.

Loved the air-conditioned rooms and the free WiFi - perfect for scrolling through social media while enjoying the garden views. Also, the tour desk helped me plan my adventures and the terrace was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the strip and the beach in Centro. The hosts were exceptional, offering their assistance and making me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Hotel Colorado again in the future.

I must mention that the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the best. Although the street noise didn't bother me much at night, it was a minor concern.
