Nothing it was perfect.

The free drinks upon arrival and the sweet treats in the room were nice touches. the hotel was located in a great spot, just a short walk to all the holiday festivities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated how the room was always clean and tidy.

My Christmas stay was not without its flaws. the noise level was unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Con Corazon for a week to explore the beautiful city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to help us. They even remembered my boyfriend's illness and recommended a nearby pharmacy. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, and the hotel's message of giving back to the community made us feel good about our stay. The room was comfortable and well-lit, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring.
