The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and shower. The pool and the new cocktail bar by the pool were fantastic additions to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Costa Azul. The parking spaces were ample and the security guard made us feel safe. The pool was a great place to relax, with a comfortable water temperature. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met.

The value for money at Costa Azul is unbeatable! The room was comfortable and the staff treated us exceptionally well, allowing for early check-in and a late checkout. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The morning meal could be improved with additional hand towels.

We had a fantastic time at a great place in Acapulco! The hotel was very comfortable, especially for the price. The room was clean and spacious, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The property was beautiful and matched the photos we saw online. The AC in our room was plenty cold and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleased to find out that they are in the process of building a restaurant, and they had drinks, snacks, and other necessities available for sale at the reception area.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the pool closing early and some restrictions placed by the security guard, overall our experience at Costa Azul was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, helpful staff, and great value for money.

On a positive note, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. the pool itself was nice, though there were no safety rails when getting in and out, making it quite dangerous and slippery. Also, the hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the main avenue and plenty of restaurants nearby. Those were the only redeeming factors during our stay.

Where do I even start? the room had a terrible smell and the window overlooked a dirty, trash-filled backyard.

The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location was excellent, as it was located in a safe and fun area. It was within walking distance of the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, transportation was convenient as the hotel was near the bus station. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location.

Secondly, the rooms were well-maintained with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast offered delicious options that exceeded my expectations. In particular, I appreciated the attention to detail in providing a variety of tasty dishes.

We loved the large 54" Sony TV and the spaciousness of the room. the pool was a highlight, and we spent most of our time there enjoying the sun. the staff were friendly and very attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel is conveniently located, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We felt safe walking around at night and parking was secure. the strong wifi was also a plus, allowing us to stream without any issues. an awesome experience at Costa Azul!

The hotel's location was perfect for us as trekkers and group of friends, with easy access to different beaches and bus routes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ariana who went above and beyond to assist us. the facilities and amenities were great and we felt well taken care of.
