The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to Armano's Hideaway Restaurant, offering convenient dining options. it is within walking distance to the main plaza in Ajijic, allowing easy access to shops and attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. There is also a nice pool on the premises, perfect for relaxation.

There were a few black flies in the shower, which was a bit unappealing.

The property was beautifully landscaped and had spacious villas. the swimming pool was in a perfect spot and even when the weather was cool, we could still swim in it because it wasn't too cold. the fact that breakfast was included was a pleasant surprise and it was delicious. It was also very quiet and private, which made for a relaxing stay.

The breakfasts provided were plentiful and varied, and the omelettes were absolutely delicious. The entire complex was quiet and well-maintained, adding to the peaceful ambiance. The staff was prompt and responsive, fixing any issues with the bathroom within an hour. a great experience.
