Despite some minor drawbacks like nearby clubs being loud at night, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and affordability. I had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is very easy to find and is located close to many shops and restaurants. the beds were also very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The neighbourhood can be very noisy at night due to the nearby bars and clubs. the loud music and karaoke can be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Playa del Carmen. The price was great too, especially considering how close it was to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. The room itself was simple and clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel De Mar and would recommend it to others.
