Fantastic breakfast, comfy beds, perfect location. Annoying receptionist pushing tours. On the left entrance is a stand selling local art, usually with friendly Omar. He's been there for 16 years, speaks good English, and gives great recommendations. Delicious omelette breakfast, old-fashioned dining room, and a wonderful courtyard with a fountain and fresh flowers. The hotel spans a whole city block, with beautiful courtyards and huge, spotlessly clean rooms. Terrific staff, one-minute walk to the park, shopping, and restaurants. Great location, nice courtyard to sit at, excellent Wi-Fi, and friendly cleaning staff.

Helaas viel het ontbijt tegen, er was een beperkte selectie van broodjes die ervoor zorgde dat er veel verspild moest worden. Het zou beter zijn als ze van tevoren vragen wat de gasten willen om verspilling te voorkomen en de kwaliteit te verbeteren.

It was like stepping back in time. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay in a perfect location.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the central location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel building had a beautiful old-style design that added charm to the overall experience. The spacious and comfortable rooms were another advantage that I enjoyed during my stay.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue.

I stayed at Hotel Diego De Mazariegos for my vacation in San Cristobal. The beautiful colonial building had a quiet courtyard, and my ground floor room was perfect for my dodgy leg. Omar, the friendly receptionist, went above and beyond, translating for me during my entire stay and helping with my tour. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall feel of the room was cozy. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved staying at this place in the heart of the center. The location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions. The service was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry at our disposal. We also appreciated the paid airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was comfortable and included all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The restaurant had delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a busy day. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in public areas.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, really close to the centro and all the attractions of this city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the possibility to light a fire in the chimney in the evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a fantastic time here.

We were given a ground floor room which was lucky as I have a dodgy leg. Omar in reception was amazing. He translated for us throughout our stay and even helped with our tour. The hotel is stunning and the rooms are beautiful. The location is perfect, and the large and comfortable rooms make it a great place to stay. The courtyards are also a lovely place to relax and unwind. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like weak wifi and some noise from other guests and renovations, I would still recommend this hotel. our stay at Diego De Mazariegos was a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming Mexican city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and close to all the attractions. The room was spacious and had a cute balcony, perfect for enjoying the chilly evenings. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. I also heard great things about the restaurant and the beautiful inner courtyards.

Had an amazing New Year's stay! the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and a free walking tour of the city, which was a great way to start the day. the location is in the heart of the city and everything is in walking distance. the room was also very spacious and comfortable, and the hot shower helped us warm up after a chilly night out.

The wifi can be a bit spotty at times and we had to go to the central courtyard to upload larger files. the noise from the street and echo-y corridors also carried into the room at times, so earplugs are a must.
