The staff was very polite and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a big, comfortable king-size bed. The room faced the pool, ensuring a quiet environment. The room service was fast, and the club sandwich I ordered was delicious, with prices lower than other hotels I've been to. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with options like coffee, fruits, cereals, and sweet bread. If I ever visit Merida again, this hotel would definitely be my top choice. my experience was positive, and I would highly recommend it.
