We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were nice and the gardens were lovely. The location was perfect, with many interesting places to visit nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance of the hotel. The Mexican details blended well with the American-style architecture. However, what made my stay truly remarkable was Claudia from the restaurant. Her attention to detail and warm personality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the helpful and attentive staff, who made sure our Christmas stay was extra special. the garden and outdoor pool were also lovely features to relax and soak up the sun.

We did find a few aspects of the hotel less appealing. the mattress in our room was quite hard and uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was too low for our liking.
