We stayed at Hotel Fenix for one night before catching El Chepe. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi for us and even printing our boarding passes. The restaurant had delicious prawn tacos and the overall value for the price was excellent. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. The beds were comfortable without being too firm.

We recently had a romantic escape and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They helped us with everything from arranging transportation to providing helpful suggestions for local attractions. Secondly, the location was ideal for us. It was within walking distance of the city center, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local area. Lastly, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. the rooms were modern and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was the lack of parking options. the limited parking spaces in front of the hotel were often occupied, and the nearby paid parking was a bit inconvenient and costly.

The street noise was quite loud, which was somewhat of an inconvenience, and the rooms in the front were worse. there was an unpleasant odor in one of our friend's assigned rooms.
