I had a great stay at Fontan Reforma. The location was perfect and the room was lovely with an amazing view. But my favorite detail was the eco-friendly approach to drinking water. They provided a water pitcher in the room and unlimited refills on every floor. As an ecologist, I truly appreciate their efforts to reduce plastic waste. We were really impressed with this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many sites of interest and right next to the Hidalgo metro stop. The room service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a jacuzzi, fitness studio, and even yoga classes available for guests. The free Wi-Fi and off-site car park were convenient additions. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar, where we were able to relax and enjoy delicious meals and drinks.

This place is highly recommended. The staff tried their best to provide excellent service, although some decisions seemed to be limited to management.

There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities nearby. The hotel is also close to touristic attractions in the historical center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean beds and a good view. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the service is pleasant. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory, and there are facilities like a safe and coffee maker in the room.

There were some issues with noise at night from the nearby roundabout.
