There were some noise issues from both the street and other rooms, disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

my recent stay in mexico city was great, and gran via central exceeded my expectations! the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. i would definitely stay here again.

Wifi was almost nonexistent.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation. the receptionist was very helpful in arranging a taxi for me, which made my trip much easier. I also appreciated that the hotel was clean and tidy, which made me feel safe and secure during my Easter holiday.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially during the night. There were often loud arguments that made it difficult to sleep, and the street noise was also somewhat distracting.
