Had an amazing Christmas stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the street shows and restaurants. The hotel had secure parking, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the receptionist in the morning. The pool area was a great place to relax and cool off after exploring the city.

To the stay. The room I was given was not as advertised, with a small window and a worn-out feel.

During my New Year's stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the good Wi-Fi connection and the friendly taxi driver recommended by the hotel. the location was perfect – close to the bus station and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds.

Despite its good points, the hotel had some drawbacks. the noise from the construction and maintenance in the morning was a bit disturbing, and the rooms lacked essential amenities such as hot water, hairdryer, safe, and adequate furnishings.

Ho Merida is a really great place located in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the Central Plaza and other historic sites within a short five-minute walk. The staff at Ho Merida were friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. We highly recommend Ho Merida to anyone looking for a well-priced and fantastic place to stay in Merida.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, right in the center close to the main square. It made exploring the city so convenient, as everything was within walking distance. The service was top-notch, with car hire and tours/ticket assistance available. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The highlight, though, was definitely the terrace with its beautiful garden furniture. It was such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the center of the city, ADO bus station, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the secure parking and the convenience of early check-in. it was a great experience.

There was a small inconvenience with the shower head, as the water wasn't evenly spread out.

The location of Ho was perfect for exploring the city, just a block and a half from the main square. We were pleasantly surprised to find ample parking spaces available when we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and we were able to get into our room early after a long flight. The room size was sufficient for our needs, and the mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel itself had a clean and well-maintained appearance. The young man who assisted us at check-in was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, it felt more like a 3-star, but that didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

The room at Hotel Ho was clean and stylishly decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the early check-in option they provided, allowing me to settle in quickly.
