I got great value for my money with a spacious room that had clean sheets and a pleasant smell. The location was a bit further from the center, but it was wonderfully quiet at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and made check-in/out a breeze.

Convenient location next to a supermarket and Cuota Rd. Receptionist moved us to a quieter room when neighboring guests were loud. On-site restaurant and shopping at Mega Supermarket were convenient. Friendly employees. I'll recommend this hotel.

our stay at hacienda sanchez was beyond our expectations. the location on the north side of valladolid was perfect for exploring the area, and the easy access to ek balam ruins and the cuota road made our travels convenient. the bungalow we stayed in was spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool area. the cafeteria and restaurant provided delicious meals, and the staff was always helpful.

Noisy wedding kept us up all night.
