loved the location, easy to walk to historic sights, lots of pedestrian streets with restaurants and ice cream stands. staff was incredibly helpful, made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. would definitely return again!

This hotel is a hidden gem! it offers amazing value for money with its affordable prices and fantastic location in the very center of Mexico City. You'll find yourself in a very nice and safe area, just steps away from the historic center of the city. Secondly, the service provided by the staff is exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The rooms, whether with or without a bathroom, are comfortable, clean, and offer good views. Plus, even without air conditioning, the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Lastly, you'll love that breakfast is included in your stay.

This hotel is in a very nice and safe area, right in the center of Mexico City. The rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the bustling streets. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, and the friendly staff provide excellent service. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus.

We love staying at Hotel Isabel. Each time we visit, everything gets better. the staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to assist us. the rooms are consistently immaculate, and we appreciate having a doorman. We don't watch much TV, so it didn't bother us that there wasn't one in our room. the hotel offers great value for the price, and we especially enjoy the old-fashioned terraces and complimentary water. the location in the historic center is perfect, with easy access to all the sites we want to visit. Isabel is our preferred hotel in CDMX, thanks to its affordable rates and accommodating staff.

The location of Hotel Isabel was amazing - just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and a nearby metro station. The Mexican architecture of the hotel gave it a beautiful and authentic feel. Our room on the top floor had a small balcony where we could enjoy the sunshine. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant provided quick service and the food was reasonably priced.
