The room had a comfortable kingsize bed and a bigscreen TV. The shower always had hot water. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood and is conveniently situated next to an Oxxo and McDonald's. Across the road, there is Centro Maya where guests can find everything they need.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambra for a week while visiting Playa del Carmen. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space and a fantastic shower. It was a pleasant surprise to have hot water with great pressure, which is rare in Mexico. The price for the accommodations was also quite reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel had amenities like a pool, a spacious bed, an elevator, and the best WiFi we've had yet. The TV even had Netflix, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, there were nearby shopping options, restaurants, and a convenience store right next door. The small but lovely pool, surrounded by a nice deck area, could benefit from adding more plants. The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and it was easy and inexpensive to take a taxi to the beach. What's more, since the hotel is not in the main tourist area, I was able to discover some hidden gems within walking distance that offered affordable prices, which I wouldn't have found otherwise.

We had a fantastic stay at Ambra in Playa del Carmen! the hotel provided amazing value for money, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities. the outdoor pool was small but still refreshing, and the room had a large and comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the wifi was excellent. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom and the abundance of hot water. the location was great, with convenient stores and good restaurants right across the street. the experience was fantastic and we even discovered some hidden gems nearby.

I had a great stay at Hotel Ambra. The WiFi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected and stream my favorite shows on the large TV with Netflix. The hotel was very clean, and the cleaning crew was always accommodating, providing fresh towels and ensuring a comfortable experience. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone, thanks to the 24/7 front desk and the secure entrance. The location was convenient, with a mall across the street offering various amenities and a taxi stand nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, but who needs a city center when you have a pool and Netflix in your room? Great value for the money!

During my Easter vacation, I had a good experience at this hotel. I appreciated the consistency of the hot shower and the comfortable king-size bed. the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and other convenience stores made it easy for me to purchase anything I needed. the hotel's location was also easy to describe to my friends for pick up and drop off.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, and the walls were not soundproof. This made it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet stay.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the room had a comfortable king-size bed and a big-screen TV. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood and there was an Oxxo right next to it. across the road, there was a shopping center where I could easily find everything I needed.

There were several aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the lack of noise isolation between rooms was a major issue, as I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, including the TV and even people using the bathroom.

The hotel is modern and clean. Spacious rooms with big TVs and nice bathrooms. Great value for money. Convenient location with a shopping center nearby.
