Customer service was excellent, allowing the use of kitchen's fridge overnight. Location was good, with cute architecture and private parking. Room was quiet, with a good view and comfortable amenities. The staff, especially the young men, were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is located very close to the center, just a minute's walk away. The beautiful surroundings make it a perfect spot for nature lovers. The rooms are pretty and spacious, with a comfortable king bed. The service is excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues with the check-in process, which made us feel pressured to buy a tour we didn't want.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casa De Piedra. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a security box for our valuables. The breakfast was delicious and worth the extra cost. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and beautiful setting.

Perfect location just a short walk to all the attractions! the bed was super comfortable and the staff made us feel so welcome! We really appreciated the secure entrance to the hotel and that they offered room safes for our valuables.

there were far too few electrical outlets, so we had to bring our own extension cords. Finally, the lack of screens/nets on the windows meant we were constantly attacked by mosquitoes.
