The room was absolutely massive and so comfortable, with jaw-droppingly good showers. The staff were incredibly helpful and called us a taxi for our super early morning departure. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool area looked really nice and there was a lovely courtyard on the first floor to relax in. our stay at this hotel was mind-blowingly amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Nacional. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for us early in the morning. I arrived at the hotel in the evening and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the porter. He assisted me in quickly unloading my baggage and even rode with me to the hotel's safe and free overnight parking lot, just three blocks down the same street. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of everything. The building, although over 100 years old, has been beautifully refurbished, with high ceilings and large windows in my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. Despite being on the third floor, the noise from the live music below stopped around 10:30 p.m., allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. I only stayed for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Kavia for anyone visiting.

The only minor inconvenience during my stay was the noise from the bar below, which played music until 3 am every night. However, this would not deter me from staying at Kavia again.
