The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my business trip. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to key business areas and attractions in the city.

One aspect of my stay that was disappointing was the hot water situation. It took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower, which was frustrating especially when I was in a rush in the mornings.

After a long drive through the mountains, we arrived at La Veranda hotel in the evening. Without wanting to go out for food, the staff helped us order in and made our night enjoyable. We loved the relaxing courtyard and the clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a charming oasis with a beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for a relaxing Christmas stay. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of Mexican dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, and our furry friend was able to enjoy the holiday with us.

That the hot water took a while to come out in the shower and we had to wait for it to warm up, which isn't ideal when the temperatures dropped at night. However, this minor inconvenience was overcome by the great service and amenities provided by the hotel.
