We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible, especially Ephraim. The grounds are beautiful, with cute little accents on an old motel. The breakfast was great, offering a variety of options including fruits, eggs, bacon, café/tea, and Jamaican water. The hotel is located right next to a lagoon, providing a stunning view. It is also conveniently situated on the outskirts of the city, with the Free Zone/Zona Libre to Belize just down the street. Additionally, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, a hardware store, and several little cocina economica nearby.

The room was really clean and the bed comfortable, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool was also a great feature, especially after a long day of exploring the area. Additionally, the value for a one-night stay was fantastic, and the fact that they allowed pets at an additional charge was a huge bonus.

That there were no nearby restaurants open after 6:00 pm, so we had to drive back into town for dinner. It would have been nice to have a convenient dining option nearby.

The staff were friendly and resolved any issues. The pool and garden were beautiful. The breakfast was good. The room had working air conditioning.

The hotel offered free coffee in the morning, which was a nice perk to start the day. the decoration of the property was also quite nice, adding to the overall ambiance. Plus, the central courtyard was attractive and provided a pleasant place to relax.

The front desk staff seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. the lack of toiletries and proper storage space in the bathroom was inconvenient.

Spent the New Year at a lovely hotel with great views of the lagoon from the room. Loved that the hotel was pet-friendly and able to accommodate our furry friends. the swimming pool and gardens were well maintained and provided a beautiful and private setting for relaxation. Also appreciated the reasonable prices and easy access to local food options.

The hotel was a bit far from the town center, which meant we had to take a taxi to get there. the breakfast options were limited and could have been more substantial.
